Wine: Sauvignon Blanc
Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Classification: Canelones / Las Violetas.
Serving temperature: 8° – 10° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a moderately intense straw yellow color, with evident greenish reflections, quite consistent.
The nose offers quite intense hints of fruit in syrup and jam that mainly recall quince and thigh pear.
The sip is pleasant, overall balanced, the aftertaste of ripe fruit is quite intense, closing with a delicate note of bitter almond.
I tried it with a dish of medium-aged cheeses.

Rating
