Wine: “First Block” Shiraz
Variety composition: 100% Shiraz.
Denomination: Yarra Valley.
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2019.
Serving temperature: 10°-12° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a medium intensity ruby red colour, consistent.
The nose opens with notes of dried red flowers, accompanied by hints of red and dark berry fruits: blackberry, currant, hard cherry. The range of perfumes is enriched with hints of spices such as cloves and ground black peppercorns, the examination is closed by a note of a stick of dark chocolate.
The sip is rich, with a good tannic texture, balanced overall. A marked sensation of ripe fruit remains in the mouth, almost like jam, which gives great pleasure.
A wine that goes perfectly with grilled carmi, even with a nice Florentine it manages to give pleasant sensations.
