Tasting Notes
Contrary to what is declared on the label, the sample is pink tending towards cherry, with a good consistency.
The nose is an authentic riot of floral and fruity scents. Notes of peach blossom, dog rose and hibiscus combine with hints of fresh fruit: blueberry, blackberry, plum, cherry and strawberry, to mention the most intense.
The sip is pleasant, and confirms what is highlighted on the nose. With a good olfactory taste persistence of fresh fruit.
A wine to be enjoyed on warm summer evenings, for a convivial moment such as an aperitif based on raw seafood or fresh cured meats.
