Wine: Curaffanni
Variety composition: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Primitivo.
Denomination: Matera Moro Riserva D.O.C..
Alcoholic strength: 14,5% vol.
Vintage: 2017.
Serving temperature: 19° – 20° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a crimson red color with light garnet textures, with good consistency.
Upon olfactory examination it offers a broad, intense and fine quality bouquet of aromas. Floral notes that recall a pot pourri of red flowers are intertwined with hints of small berries such as blackberries, currants and dried plums. The wide olfactory range is completed by aromas of aromatic herbs, cigar box and a nuance of liquorice root.
The sip is enveloping, with a perfectly balanced and silky tannic texture. Good taste-olfactory persistence which gives an intriguing balsamic aftertaste.
An important wine, an expression of the territory of origin: a pleasant discovery.
