Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a lively straw yellow color embellished with golden textures, with good consistency.
Upon olfactory examination, it offers an intense, broad and elegant range of aromas. It opens with a large bouquet of floral scents intertwined with aromas of yellow fruit: peach, apricot, with delicate notes of candied fruit. The examination is completed by addictive notes of sweet spices, where the hint of vanilla stands out as the dominant scent.
The sip is a real pleasure for the palate. Perfectly balanced in its components, it gives the taster a persistent aftertaste of fresh herbs from the Mediterranean scrub embellished with an almond note which gives further pleasantness and elegance.
A wine that is the expression of a territory that has been offering true excellence for some time now.
