Ribolla Gialla 2021 - Le Vigne di Zamò
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Ribolla Gialla
Variety composition: 100% Ribolla Gialla.
Denomination: Friuli Colli Orientali D.O.C..
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 10° – 12° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with an intense straw yellow color, good consistency.
On the nose it is a scent of floral and fruity notes. Hints of wildflowers intertwine with hints of rennet apple and addictive hints of fresh citrus fruits.
The sip is well balanced in its components, overall elegant and pleasant. A fairly persistent citrus aftertaste remains in the mouth.
A wine to be enjoyed throughout the meal in everyday life, with an excellent price-quality ratio.
