Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a bright, intense golden yellow colour, with good consistency.
On the nose it is a riot of intense and varied scents. It opens with delicate notes of slightly withered yellow flowers, and then releases addictive aromas of fresh citrus fruits, ripening peach, intertwined with evident hints of tropical fruit. A delicate nuance of toasted almond completes the examination.
The sip is particularly pleasant and very elegant. The pleasant harmonious balance between softness and acidity, supported by an important, not at all intrusive, alcoholic component, delights the palate of both the novice taster and the more expert and demanding one. The persistent almond note gives a long and pleasant aftertaste.
A wine that tells the story of the terroir of origin.
