Tasting notes
Limpid, with a bright carmine red color, good consistency.
The nose opens with floral scents reminiscent of a potpourri of violets, followed by fruity notes of small red berries and cherry. The olfactory range is completed by puffs of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub and a delicate nuance of spicy spices.
The sip is fresh, well-balanced in its components, with a smooth and almost silky tannin. Good persistence of taste and olfactory flavor that recalls the freshness and succulence of blood orange, embellished with a note of vanilla.
