Vintage: 2020.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear straw yellow in color with light greenish reflections, quite consistent.
On the nose, the sample has a range of variegated, complex and fine quality aromas. Notes of white flowers are accompanied by hints of white-fleshed fruit, followed by aromas reminiscent of star anise and a nuance of freshly mown grass.
The sip is very fresh, the acid component is good. Intense and fruity aftertaste accompanied by addictive mineral notes.
It is recommended in combination with a fish appetizer.

Rating
