Wine: Tempranillo Barrica
Alcoholic strength: 15% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Classification: D.O. Ribera del Duero.
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
Serving temperature: 15°-16°C.

Tasting Notes
In the glass it has an intense ruby red color, with evident purplish textures, of good consistency.
On the nose it offers a bouquet with a fairly complex, intense and good quality range of perfumes. It releases the typical scents of pure tempranillo, enriched by notes of sweet spices such as vanilla, a consequence of its passage in barriques.
The sip is pleasant, with a tannin that is not yet perfectly smooth and slightly aggressive. A further period of refinement will make it softer and more velvety on the palate. Good taste-olfactory persistence, which recalls, in its aftertaste, blackberry.
A pleasant wine for those who want to treat themselves to a pleasant sip with a good price-quality ratio.
Given the type, it goes perfectly with meat-based dishes that are not particularly structured.
