Denomination: A.O.P..
Grapes: 100% Sauvignon.

Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, straw yellow color with a slight golden texture, good consistency.
The nose opens with hints of medium intensity and well defined. Scents of white and yellow flowers are associated with addictive aromas of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit with a vegetal finish.
The sip amazes the taster. Perfectly balanced, with an evident aftertaste of ripe fruit, very persistent.
A satisfying, well-finished sample, which offers pleasant sensations both to simple enthusiasts and to a more demanding public.
Tried throughout the meal with fish dishes.
