From the experience of the family’s ancestors in the 19th century, the story continues and comes to life with the grandmother Benigna who as a young man is determined not to follow the country life lived with her parents but who soon, in the years of World War II, rediscovers his passion for nature and for the cultivation of the vine.
It all begins with the management of the property ‘bushel’ in which the grandmother keeps all the native vines ungrafted and many other varieties of fruit and vegetables, today company treasures.
Paolo Sorrentino and his wife Angela inherit the family assets and with so much love for the production of Vesuvian wines, for fruit and vegetable crops, they recover all the varieties preserved by their ancestors. They began a path of expansion of the wine sector in the 90s and embarked on wine tourism by opening the doors to tourists and wine lovers by tasting the history of the area and its fruits.
The head of the family Paolo Sorrentino, creator and founder of the company, has always dedicated his passion to business growth. Angela Cascone dedicates her passion and her determination to the family; she is a fundamental pivot of the company. The children, the current third generation with the brothers Giuseppe, Benny and Maria Paola who receive the magical art of making wine, follow the traditions but undertake numerous projects aimed at studying and enhancing all organic crops to obtain the best results in a land of marked fertility and unmistakable minerality. In synergy, they work to ensure that the birth, growth and development of the entire production, commercial and tourist chain is taken care of in every detail and can be told to the whole world.
