Tasting Notes
Upon examination in the glass, the sample is limpid, of a very intense ruby red color, almost impenetrable, consistent.
On the nose, the range of aromas is broad and complex: floral, fruity, spicy and toasted. Hints of geranium, lavender and violet flowers, Notes of small dark berries such as blueberry, black currant and black cherry in alcohol. Aromas of spices reminiscent of cinnamon and vanilla, closing with hints of precious woods.
Generous sip, with an important tannin, which is very smooth and silky. Fresh, with a good acidity that invites you to take a new sip. Good persistence on the nose, with an aftertaste of ripe fruit and sweet spices.
Beef stew with porcini mushrooms.
