Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, very pale salmon pink color, moderate consistency.
The sample is quite complex on the nose. Floral hints reminiscent of rose, accompanied by notes of red berries such as blueberry and currant.
The sip is fresh, fairly balanced in its components. Quite persistent with a final note of currant.
It is recommended in combination with fresh cured meats.
