Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, intense salmon pink color, quite consistent.
On the olfactory examination the sample gives aromas of freshly cut red flowers, fruity notes, reminiscent of small red berries, such as currant and blueberry. There is also a slight nuance of citrus and dog rose.
The sip is very pleasant, fresh, perfectly balanced in its components. Good persistence with an aftertaste of fresh fruit.
Try it for a summer aperitif based on fresh cold cuts.
