Wine: Blanco
Varietal: 90% Viura 5% Tempranillo Blanco 5% Verdejo.
Denomination: D.O. Rioja (Spain).
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 10°-12°C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow color held, consistent.
Sample with a fairly complex range of aromas: floral and fruity. Notes of fresh white flowers reminiscent of magnolia, hydrangea and peony, followed by evident notes of white and yellow-fleshed fruit: apple, pear and peach. Closing with a hint of mown grass.
In the mouth it is fresh, supported by a good acidity and flavor that invite the taster to a new sip. The aftertaste of freshly picked citrus fruits is quite persistent.
It is recommended in combination with a seafood salad.
