Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with a very pale straw yellow color, with greenish reflections (signs of its young age), quite consistent.
On the nose it is an effluvium of fruity scents and Mediterranean herbs. It opens with a moderate floral note, freshly cut white flowers, hints of ripe fruit alternate, despite the color that expresses youth, tropical notes prevail where the scent of mango and papaya stands out. Important hints of aromatic herbs close: fennel and mint.
The sip is pleasant, a simple wine, but overall very elegant and fresh. After the first sip, a pleasant sensation of ripe, tropical fruit remains, with a discreet persistence.
A wine that goes well with spicy dishes and moderately structured fish dishes.
