Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a lively, fairly consistent straw yellow coat.
The olfactory examination reveals a fairly wide range of aromas, but intense and of fine quality. Notes of fresh white flowers intersect with aromas of candied fruit, specifically linon, lime and cedar, and aromas of peach. The examination is completed by puffs of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub.
Elegant sip, where freshness and softness give the taster enough pleasure to repeat the sip. Good aromatic taste persistence, which gives a citrus aftertaste embellished with a balsamic hint.
A sample expression of the territory of origin.
